Supergirl S2E17

Thoughts:

• A alien attacks National City and Kara takes him easy. J'onn has a skype meeting with the president about the Daxamites and it seems that someone has put a bounty on Kara.
• Everyone wants Kara to lay low and Mon-El meets with his parents to ask if they were the ones that put a bounty on Kara
• One of the aliens looking to collect take control of Mon-El he fights Kara. He is captured and J'onn uses his Martian mind powers to discover that it was the Daxamites who put the bounty.
• Mon-El calls a meeting with his mom and his mom has a kryptonite weapon that she uses to attack Kara Confirming her intentions to kill Kara
• Mon-El agrees to go with his parents in order to save Kara and Kara desperately wants to save him and we see that Mon-El's father is sympathetic and is not as twisted as his Mother.
• I think Alex and Maggie's relationship got stronger this episode with the issue of Maggie and her Ex and her keeping secrets
• J'onn, as Kara, and Winn transport go to the ship to rescue Mon-El and Kara follows and an epic fight ensues. Mon-El's dad ends the fight and allows Mon-El to return to earth
• The President is not happy that the DEO engaged the ship and wants confirmation that the ship has left Earths orbit. Meanwhile Mon-El's mother kills Mon-El's Father

Predictions

• The president is an Alien and we will get answers by the end of the season
• Mon-El's Mother is not done and will be back to cause Chaos on Earth... with Cadmus?
• Some kind of Alien invasion as Season finale?
• Long shot: Supergirl will get her job back by the end of the Season
