Supergirl S2E20

Thoughts:

• James is realizing that the guardian is inspiring fear in people. James wants to inspire hope in people like Supergirl. Meanwhile National city is attacked by a Phorian.
• Guardian gets a tip from an alien about where the Phorian lives and finds the Phorian's son. James is the only one that the boy trusts and they form a bond which I think is interesting.
• Lena and Rhea are working together on the portal and a power source. Their initial test trial did not work but after a number of trials Lena gets it to work.
• Marcus, The Phorian's son attacks CatCo and we figure out that the Phorian attacks are caused by the machine Lena and Rhea are working on being turned on.
• I like that James and J'onn have a talk about seeing themselves in someone and finding a purpose. Marcus is this person for James and will give James a purpose.
• James earns the trust of Marcus and they go looking for the Phorian and find her along with a whole group of Phorians hiding out
• Supergirl finds out that Lena's new partner is Rhea who declares war on earth. Rhea powers up the Machine and causes the Phorians to bug out but James is able to get through to Marcus.
• Rhea thought of everything to stop J'onn, Mon-El, and Supergirl when they come to stop the machine. Thousands of Daxamite ships descend on Earth from the machine.

Predictions:

• With all of the Daxamites that are coming Earth and its hero's are going to need some help (Superman, Miss Martian) and I think they will get some from Cadmus
• Something tells me that Rhea is not going to be killed at the end of the season so she will most likely have to leave on her own accord, be banished to the phantom zone, or imprisoned
• I think the Daxamites are going to leave at the end of the season and find another empty planet to inhabit under the rule of Mon-El.
