Flash S04E04

Cool Things:

• Cisco wants to impress breacher
• Ralph tampered with evidence that Barry caught which resulted in ralph getting kicked
• Someone wanted to kill Ralph and there was a bomb in his office
• Gypsy's name is Cynthia and breachers name is Josh 
• We see that amunet is back to try to bring Caitlin back into the fold 
• Ralphs client that had him look into the Mayor was Clifford DeVoe AKA the thinker

Top Moments:

• The team finds a clue in the bus drivers belongings to Ralph Dibney and we see him get shaked down my some gangsters and his powers activated as his legs stretch down a building.
• Breacher enters the episode with a vengeance and we see him somewhat attempt to get to know cisco but ultimately ends up hunting him.
• Joe and Barry consult with the mayor and find out that ralph is leveraging evidence that he cheated and the mayor is the one in charge of the gangsters that were shaking Dibney. 
• Breacher mistakes Ralph Dibney as a creature that had attacked Earth-19 and goes after him and Barry. Cisco stops him and stand up to Breacher gaining his respect.
• The Mayor kidnaps Joe and they need Dibney to stretch to help Barry get up to the helicopter and joe reveals to Barry that Cecile is pregnant. The rest of the team finds out as well.

Predictions:

• Elongated man will get his name and maybe a suit by the end of the season and will take part in the team and help them fight crime.
• Cecile's baby will be a comic book character and maybe we see him/her in the future on legends as the comic book identity.
• the team will slowly put the pieces together to point to Clifford DeVoe.
