Cool Things:

• Cayden is looking to use the Nano thermites and accelerant to cause havoc in star city.
• The tech for Diggles arm seems to work but then fails and he is having withdraws.
• Felicity and Curtis have some disagreements about their start up.
• Felicity and Oliver find out about Diggle's condition and the steroids he was taking.
• Quentin and Dinah have a revelation about Laurel's doppelganger and partner respectively.

Top Moments:

• Mayor queen unveils the new SCPD and is arrested by the FBI in front of his son and the city during a food drive. Curtis injects Diggle with his prototype tech to help his tremors.
• Cayden James and Black Siren steal nano thermite. Oliver is arraigned and released on a 5 million dollar bail. Cayden and Black Siren hit Amertek for accelerant.
• Cayden seems to be building a Thermobaric bomb that he is going to detonate in the stadium. Diggle's nerve damage has spread to his back and Oliver puts the suit back on to stop Cayden.
• Cayden has fake SCPD officers sealing the stadium. The bomb is fake and Oliver and Cayden meet and he reveals that Oliver cost him his son. Cayden also has T-sphere technology.
• Video of the team attacking the fake officers goes viral just in time for the anti-vigilante vote which passes. Thea wakes up and Oliver is going to be the GA until Diggle heals.

Predictions:

• Thea waking up seems to point to her being more involved with the show from here on out and in the back half.
• Samanda Watson will be back to testify and I think we will see her either be saved by vigilantes or change her opinion and feelings of vigilantes by the end of the season.
