Flash S4E12

Things that happened:

• Dwarf star is a meta that can shrink things
• Ralph and Cisco's powers don't work 
• Joe is clearly unnerved about Cecile's powers and is blocking her from reading his mind.
• It is unfortunate that kord industries gets robbed so often.
• Joes issue is feeling vulnerable.

Top Moments:

• Right off the bat we see that Cecile can read minds and Caitlin thinks its latent dark matter. Barry is still in prison and learns that big sir has been wrongfully imprisoned.
• Just as Kord industries is about to open up it gets shrunk by a meta human. Joe, Ralph, and Cisco go to confront him and Ralph and Cisco get shrunk by his powers.
• Cecile and Joe go to the same therapist as Barry and Iris. Barry is trying o get Big Sir to have hope that he can get out. Harry modifies the Speed force bazooka and it does more harm.
• Cecile and Iris have a talk about Joe and she tells him that her father is about feelings. Ralph and Cisco are unstruck by dwarf star and he is taken into custody.
• Dwarf star is unwilling to confess to the crime that big sir was put in prison for. Unfortunately Big Sir is not going to get out via normal means and Barry runs him out of prison to japan.
• Barry is found out by the warden because of a secret camera and so he now knows that Barry is a metahuman and Barry is moved to a metahuman cell and is being sold to amunet.

Predictions:

• We now have 8 Metas so there are 4 more out there who we will get to know sooner rather then later and how they are all tied to devoe.
• Also seems like all of those metahumans have been sold to amunet and probably devoe
