Cool Thing

• We get flashbacks of Dinah and vigilante as cops back in central city
• Elena is mentioned and returns to help sift through the data.
• Quentin reaches out to Black Siren and shows her a Black Canary video.
• Black Siren kills Vince with her canary cry straight into his ear.
• Oliver goes to talk with Dinah and she seems bent on vengeance.

Top Moments:

• ARGUS sent a dive team to help watch the shore but their tech is compromised and are killed. Cayden suspects vigilante is up to something and Team Oliver learns that vigilante is a spy.
• Both teams decide that the only play is to get info off of Cayden's server using a sniffer device. Black Siren seems to be reaching out to Quentin. Oliver is not convinced of vigilantes loyalty.
• Vigilante gets caught in the server room by Cayden talks his way out of it to get the data but he is caught and tortured by Richard dragon and Anatoly. he alerts the team through his earbuds.
• Using the data they locate where the bomb is and new team  arrow go to try and save Vince while team arrow is tasked with saving the city. Turns out it was all a trap set for team arrow.
• Cayden James was able to move the bomb and they are able to find the "footage" evidence. Turns out it was doctored by the same guy who leaked the green arrow photo.

Predictions:

• In this episode we see the soft side of black siren and will continue to see her progression.
• The revelation of the doctored video has me thinking that Richard dragon (or someone else) might be behind this whole thing in the first place and is manipulating people to his own end.
