• Helena is still here helping tech wise
• Dinah is hell bent on getting revenge on Black Siren for Vincent.
• William is demanding time with his dad and sneaks out the bunker in the midst of chaos.
• William end up at the meeting place with Cayden.
• Quentin has taken Laurel out of the city and is with her in the wind.

Top Moments:

• Oliver and Diggle visit Cayden's base and the bomb is going to be set of at midnight. Cayden and his team are disbanding. We get a flashback of Cayden and his son Owen's relationship. 
• They find out who killed Owen and track down Cayden to tell him. Oliver is forced to track down Cayden's team. Dinah finds Black Canary and Oliver finds Dinah before her revenge.
• Oliver and Diggle track down Anatoly and Terrific and Wilddog track down Diaz. Cayden was taken by ARGUS at his sons basketball game. Quentin and Black Siren have a talk.
• The detonator deactivates the power dampener on Black Siren and she breaks up the party. Black Canary and Black Siren get a rematch and both get knocked out.
• Cayden is captured before he detonates the bomb. Black Siren, Anatoly, and Ricardo Diaz are in the wind. Cayden gives Oliver his best guesses for where the rest of his team is and money.
• Ricardo Diaz pays a visit to Cayden James and it is revealed that Diaz was the one who had his son killed. Cayden is left dead in the interview room.

Predictions:

• Diaz is going to be the new big bad for the rest of the season and this was all part of his plan.
• There is indication that his goal is to break up Olivers team and swoop in to take over the city.
