Flash S4E14

Things that happened:

• Captain Sing and other people in central city does not buy that DeVoe is alive.
• Cecile is having trouble sleeping because of her being able to read minds.
• He makes Cecile a Brain Activity Dampener that is 10 pounds
• Cisco concludes that DeVoes lair is in a pocket dimension.
• Barry is going to work as a private investigator with ralph.

Top Moments:

• Cisco and Ralph get their hands on the lost and found box and Cisco vibes to discover Izzy. DeVoes new body is deteriorating. Barry and Ralph try to warn Izzy and get blasted.
• Barry, Ralph, and Cisco track down Izzy and DeVoe crashes the party. Turns out that Izzy's powers can hurt DeVoe. Ralph gets to have the hero talk with Izzy to convince her to stay.
• The team makes Izzy a Fiddle that she can use her powers with. Harry makes the brain activity dampener that he made for Cecile smaller and gets the idea to make the Cerebral inhibitor.
• Izzy leaves and provokes DeVoe, cisco vibes her, and Barry and Ralph race over with the Cerebral Inhibitor. They are able to get the inhibitor on Devoe but it is hacked.
• Izzy is taken by Devoe and his mind is transferred to her body. Cecile and Harry have a talk about his frustration and she convinces him to call his daughter and reconnect.

Predictions:

• Now that we know that his lair is in a pocket dimension the team can work on finding it
• SO now that we had the cerebral inhibitor maybe we will be a second version that will defeat DeVoe.
