• Oliver's case may be able to get dismissed 
• Firework arrow?
• Quentin and Dinah need to figure out the corruption in the police department.

Top Moments

• Earth-2 Laurel is pretending to be the black Canary and is using Oliver's secret identity as leverage. Rene is still in the hospital. The defense is calling Roy harper as a witness. 
• Laurel gets checked at the hospital and is kidnapped and meets with Anatoly. Oliver and Diggle do some recon and her along with Thea go to try and get Roy as he is getting tortured.
• Team arrow figures out that it is Diaz pulling all of the strings. Laurel meets with Diaz and seems like she is back with him. Roy's transfer is faked and he meets Diaz.
• Diaz threatens Thea to get Roy to cooperate Laurel returns and has information on Ricardo Diaz. Oliver suggests that Thea leaves with Roy. Team arrow heads to the casino to get Roy.
• Roy is recued and stitched up. Anatoly is captured (for now). Oliver goes to talk with Laurel to check on her and we get the indication that this was all to plan. The League of assassins return.

Predictions:

• One of two things is going to happen. 
• Thea is going to leave with Roy and live Happily ever after
• Thea is going to get roped into the new league of assassins
• Although it seems that Laurel is playing team arrow i am still optimistic that she will come around and be a changed person by the end of the season.
