• Oliver is facing impeachment 
• Quentin is the new mayor

Top Moments

• We see Oliver attacking Diaz's safe house by himself. Felicity has info on Diaz and Felicity tries to get Oliver and Diggle to talk. Oliver takes out his frustrations on felicity and William.
• Oliver has the information to indict the police captain and DA but it would implicate him. Oliver hallucinates Prometheus as a result of a dosing of vertigo as his hearing starts.
• Oliver then walks into the queen mansion and hallucinates Laurel, Rene, Dinah, Curtis, Raisa, and Diaz. Oliver also hallucinates the season one version of him. He finally gets to the meeting.
• Oliver's play is to use the flash drive but the council aren't buying it and Quentin buys Oliver an out while he is dealing with the vertigo. The hallucination convinces Oliver to go after Diaz.
• Felicity is alerted to Oliver heading to the Precinct, Oliver knocks Quentin out, and she stops him just in time before he opens the door to get ambushed. Oliver is impeached by the council.

Predictions:

• Diaz is going to continue working against Oliver to break him down and it looks like they are going to be inviting criminals to star city.
• I think Quentin being mayor may be a good move as Oliver can be the green arrow and lighten his workload as Green Arrow, Husband and father, and Mayor.
