Things that happened
  • Tobias is back and the ASA is explaining how greenlight works and tasks him to bring him black lightning. Khalil is alive and walking and is going to be helping Tobias get BL.
  • Jefferson and Lynn have rekindled their relationship. Tobias is not happy with his cronies after his sisters death. Khalil confronts Jefferson and refuses to go back to school. 
  • Gambi and Jefferson are suspicious of Khalil and think he is the latest test of the ASA. Lynn and Jennifer are talking about her powers. Jefferson goes to talk with Khalil's mother.
  • Jefferson tells Jennifer about Khalil and tells her to stay away from him right before he texts her. Jennifer lets it slip that Lynn is going to isolate the meta gene and Jefferson is upset. 
  • Khalil and Jennifer meet and he shows her his new technology and he explains what he went through. The fight a little bit and he shows her what he can do. Jennifer is not cool with it.
  • Tobias tasks Khalil with going back to Garfield Highschool in order to create trouble to draw BL out. LaLa gets a call from Tobias and it seems like he is under some kind of mind control 
  • Jennifer is still not okay with her powers. Anissa has devised a way to track the pods to give then a clue as to where they have been moved. Garfield is being attacked by Khalil.
  • Khalil is hitting people with syringes of greenlight and Jennifer tried to talk to him but he continues. Cyanide and Anissa battle it out. Black Lightning meets Tobias.
  • Anissa is able to defeat Cyanide. Jefferson gets hit with one of the syringes and is able to knock black lightning out. Jennifer is able to use her powers to chock her dad back to life.
  • Gambi takes the pierces to a remote safe house to get Jefferson back in order. The ASA is not happy that BL got away. LaLa is under the control of Tobias and he plans to get rid of procter
