Team Arrow takes back SCPD with the help of the FBI. Diaz has made friends with the long bow hunters and tells Oliver. Diaz threatens Laurels life to get the FBI out of the city.
The location is a trap and diaz knows that Anatoly is a mole and sets of the explosives but Rene and the FBI get out in time. Diaz calls Quentin again and gives him a location as proof of life.
Quentin allows himself to get captured and felicity is able to track his pacemaker. Quentin takes a bullet for Black Siren. Team Arrow shows up at Diaz's lair just in time. Diaz escapes.
Oliver meets up with Diaz on the roof of his lair and Oliver almost takes him down. Black Siren joins in and pushes Diaz off the roof into a river. Oliver was close enough to get data.
With the data they can free the people Diaz has threatened. Quentin is hurt and needs surgery. Sara returns and meets Black Siren. Oliver is taken into custody by the FBI. Quentin passes.
Felicity and WIlliam get to talk to Oliver before he is transferred. The FBI is going to take Oliver to supermax. Oliver admits publically that he is the Green Arrow. Diaz is still alive.
