Things that happened:

• We get a flashback of Devoe and his wife talking about technology corrupting people.
• Cisco needs to give Breacher an answer and there is tension in their relationship
• Marlize no longer agrees with his plan and attempts to stop him.
• Coffee Shop Girl drops off a gift to the baby shower and has speedster powers.

Top Moments:

• Cisco gets a message from gypsy asking for his answer. They try to jump start Killer frost. Harry's secret is revealed. Devoe steals an alloy. Barry suggests that Cisco vibe Devoe.
• They enlist the help of gypsy to vibe Devoe and get ahead of him and fail as he still gest the tech. Cisco being offered a job on Earth-19 is revealed. Marlize discovers DeVoe's journal.
• DeVoe is still stealing tech. When cisco and Gypsy try to vibe his plans they get knocked back. Barry realizes that Devoe is building multiple things. We get a flashback of Marlize in a war.
• Gypsy and Cisco agree that he should not take the job also cisco is not happy with the long distance. Barry finds out that DeVoe is going to hit mercury labs for quantum computers.
• Team flash attacks and Devoe almost kills gypsy befre Marlize talks him down. With the help of Cecile Harry is able to figure out that DeVoe wants to reboot everyone's brains.
• Cisco and gypsy say their goodbyes on earth-19. Joe throws Ceclie a baby shower. Caitlin is still trying to get Killer Frost back. DeVoe travels to Marlize and this is what convinces her.

Predictions:

• Marlize will turn on Devoe and halt his plans for a while and will try to help team flash defeat him and bring everyone back.
• Coffee shop girls identity will be revealed by the end of the season and might play a role in helping team flash stop DeVoe or play into next Season
