Flash S4E22

Things that happened:

• Caitlin goes to the therapist.
• Wally is not answering Joes calls about his new sister
• Joe is able to help cecile deal with her taking on the minds of others
• DeVoe is against Emotion and thinks that it distracts us.

Top Moments:

• DeVoe gains access to an ARGUS facility by pretending to be john Diggle and breaks Fallout out. Barry grabs Diggle to ask him about Fallout and turns out Fallout has gone critical.
• DeVoe is protected by Argus tech. Harry reminds Iris to think about how Marlize feels and they track her down. Cisco and Caitlin want Barry to take them into Flash time with him.
• Turns out that Barry can extend the speed force to people. Cecile is now taking on the minds of people around her. Harry suggest that they try to get Marlize to help them and Iris disagrees.
• Harry visits Iris and they figure out where Marlize is hiding. Barry doesn't want to train Cisco and Caitlin because he is worried they might get hurt. Barry, Cisco, and Iris head to the facility.
• Barry is able to run through DeVoe dimension portal as he launches his five devices and Barry destroys one. Iris and Harry track down Marlize and try to convince her to help them.
• Caitlin asks Cisco to help her go back to a repressed memory and turns out she has always been killer frost. DeVoe uses star labs to replace the satellite Barry destroyed and zaps the world.

Predictions:

• I still think Marlize is gonan turn on DeVoe and help team flash in the end 
• Cecile is going to come in handy to help get people thought out as they lose brain power
